Did the flowers for my wedding. My bouquet looked absolutely amazing. The arrangements for the church were lovely, the boutonnieres were great, and the table centerpieces were sweet and simple, exactly what I asked for. Definitely would recommend.

An overall good experience, flowers were delivered on time and in a pristine state. Arrangement wise it was an artistic nice arrangement. My slight problem was a drastic color change, that in my opinion does not match the overall pallette. I was going for real bright colors, with purple and orange being my Mom's favorite for bouquets. Overall a good buy, and I will try them again. Pics enclosed for comparison, maybe i'm being too picky. Left pic is what I ordered, right pic is what I received. To me the change from bright purple to pale pink just doesn't work, it looks dull. But again everything was in great shape.

I received a beautiful bouquet and noticed within a few days that the flowers were getting droopy. By one week they looked very tired so I called to let them know the bouquet was beautiful but did not last like I thought they should. I was offered a replacement, which seemed reluctant, and the man on the phone added, “I’m finding out about it a week later.” When I called him out on his judgemental tone, he apologize and said something to the effect of they would have liked me to have a replacement earlier (that was not the tone I took his comment). I declined a replacement and will not shop at or recommend Piccolo’s again. Perhaps I caught him at a busy time and I wasn’t direct enough in my sharing the bouquet was not holding up; however, I believe I should have been offered a a replacement immediately and I should not have been made to feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable and within an unreasonable timeline (shouldn’t a bouquet look lovely for one week?). I have had flowers from the grocery store last longer than the pricy bouquet from Piccolo’s. The picture is day 9.

Nowadays, we are increasingly conscious of the value of our $ and getting the most from it. Well, as someone who's extremely frugal and not prone to purchasing something like flowers, I am SO VERY PLEASED with my purchase, and my wife, as the recipient, is SO VERY PLEASED as well! Now we're enjoying the creativity of a "Designers Choice" arrangement that we think is SO BEAUTIFUL and I'm convinced it was $ well spent! See for yourselves... WELL DONE 'Designer', WELL DONE!! & THANK YOU!

This was one of the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever received. My last interaction with Piccolos was Thanksgiving. I was gifted a centerpiece arrangement . I called to discuss care because the roses never opened. Piccolos made it right and sent another. I wanted to post this most recent gift because it is one of the prettiest arrangements I have ever seen. Thank you. This made my birthday as a top gift.
